Kelly Andrews, LCSW

I’m a therapist, human, and proud nerd of all things a little weird. My approach is casual, collaborative, and jargon-free. (No fancy couches or judgment here.) I value genuine conversation, curiosity, and practical tools to help you through the tough stuff.

Therapy can be heavy sometimes. (Yes, we can cry and laugh in the same session. Tears always follow.)

In my work, I particularly enjoy supporting people through chemical dependency, ADHD, personality disorders, and trauma. I take an eclectic approach, weaving together Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), attachment work, and Polyvagal Theory. I’m also LGBTQIA+ affirming and passionate about making this space welcoming and empowering.

I tend to work best with folks who want a space to show up as their full, weird selves — with all their quirks, passions, and fandoms intact. You are safe and seen here. I’m not here to change who you are. I am here to support you through whatever shifts you are looking for — whether that’s sorting out relationship struggles, breaking shame spirals, or challenging thought patterns that feel frustrating or unhelpful.

You’ve made it this far. If this sounds like it might be a good fit, I’d love to meet you.

I’m not here to try and ‘fix’ you. I’m here to see you—flaws and all—and support you through the tough times without shame or pressure.

ADHD

ADHD & Focus Struggles: Your brain isn’t broken—it just works differently. Life with ADHD can make everyday tasks feel like you’re climbing mountains while everyone else is walking on flat ground. We’ll discover how your mind works best, design practical tools, and create rhythms that support your life, instead of working against it.

Substance Use

Substance Use & Recovery: Whether you’re questioning your relationship with substances or working to maintain sobriety, you don’t have to go through it alone. This is a space free of judgment where we focus on understanding, healing, and practical steps forward—no scare tactics, no shame, just support.

Trauma

Trauma & Healing: Trauma is not just something that happened to you. It can change how you view the world, relationships and even yourself. We will work at your pace to help you process what has happened safely and reclaim your sense of safety, trust and self.

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

PTSD & Emotional Safety: PTSD can leave you stuck in survival mode—hypervigilant, exhausted, and waiting for the next shoe to drop. Together, we’ll gently untangle the triggers, flashbacks, and fear so you can feel grounded, safe, and present again.
